The 2010 TASP/KAEOPP Conference Committee Co-Chairs Dana Patten (TN) and Mary Claire Collins (KY) along with both TASP and KAEOPP Executive Committees would like to formally invite you to our annual conference in Gatlinburg, TN! The conference will be held October 20th-22nd in the beautiful and newly renovated Park Vista hotel. Please see below concerning details about this amazing opportunity for staff and program development! The room block for the hotel will close on September the 17th. The room rates/availability cannot be guaranteed after this date. When calling to make your room reservations please use code KAE. This year the Conference Committee is exited to offer pre-conference workshops for you for a rate of only $50.00 dollars. The topics will be Financial Literacy, Technology, and Financial Aid. Participants will have the opportunity to attend two workshops. The workshops will take place Wednesday morning from 8:00 a.m. to 12:10 p.m. If you are interested in registering for these workshops please fill out the PreCon Registration Form on the main Fall Conference Page and send it to our state Treasurer, Tammy Blackburn. Ads and Exhibits
Would you like to showcase your program in the 2010 TASP/KAEOPP Annual Conference Program? Are you utilizing a service that would greatly benefit colleagues in the area? Then we ask you to consider placing an ad in our Conference Program or encouraging a vendor to become an exhibitor at the conference! As usual we will be collecting items/baskets for the silent auction. Each program is asked to provide a basket with an approximate value of $25 to $50 dollars. This is a very important fundraising aspect of our conference, and we appreciate your participation.
