KAEOPP offers a number of scholarships to students each year. These awards vary in amount from year to year, but are a one time award for students to use towards pursuing their post-secondary education. When applications are being accepted, applications will be attached to this page, and a post will be made on the home page to indicate that applications are being accepted. Applications are currently being accepted! The deadline for all scholarships is Friday, March 16, 2012 by 4:30 pm EST. All applications that are not received by 4:30 pm EST on March 16th will not be accepted. All scholarships this year are for $350. The awards are as follows: Educational Talent Search Award - Applicants for this award must be a part of a Kentucky Educational Talent Search program. Student Support Services Award - Applicants for this award must be a participant in a Kentucky Student Support Services program. Upward Bound Award - Applicants for this award must be a participant in a Kentucky Upward Bound program. Adult Learner Award - Applicants for this award must be at
least 21 years of age and have been outside the formal education system for
four or more years before re-entering. Applicants must be a part of a Kentucky TRiO Program.
Susan Adam's Leadership Award - Applicants must be a part of a Kentucky TRiO Program, and be involved in leadership or service in their community. Current Scholarship Material is available in the attachments section below: |
